Cole is a real estate success story with over 45 years of experience selling properties in Winnipeg. A devoted family man, sports enthusiast, hockey, golfing biking & fishing fanatic, and philanthropist.

Cole exudes such a calm, warm and friendly attitude that one wonders how someone so successful can be so at ease. Cole's success secret is simple: not only has he discovered a rewarding career, he has unlocked the key to happiness. Cole's philosophy can be summed up in one word : balance.

Cole has a naturally strong work ethic, ambition and family values - qualities he has worked to instill in his two sons, Brett & Quinn.

Growing up in a family influenced by real estate, Brett's career path was inevitable.

His father and grandfather worked together for 40 years and Brett was fortunate enough to be a part of a 3-generational team for 3 years before his Grandfather’s passing in June of 2018.

After graduating St. Pauls High School in 2010, Brett took the Real Estate Course while studying at the Asper School of business, and later finished his degree at University of British Columbia. Brett was licensed in 2015 and came back every summer to sell until he arrived back in Winnipeg in 2017 to officially start a career in real estate without interruption.

Enthusiastic, motivated and driven to take his family name and reputation to the next level! The Castelane Team has since earned multiple Gold Medallions & Double Centurion awards and have consistently been in the top 1% in Canada.

Kayla has made a name for herself as a dedicated and highly skilled realtor. As part of The Castelane Team at Century 21 Bachman & Associates, Kayla has consistently exceeded expectations and helped her clients achieve their dreams of buying and selling their homes. The passion for real estate & genuine love for people is what led Kayla to this exciting career.

But that’s not all there is to Kayla’s story. When she’s not busy making real estate deals, she’s a devoted full-time mom and wife. Her commitment to her family is just as strong as her care to her clients, and she brings that same level of dedication and passion to both aspects of her life.
